My source in Columbia tells me that Spurrier is currently hard at work on the Gamecocks' hardware for their "National Bowl Championship"

Unlike their 5th place rings, these tokens are different because they will all be hand-crafted by the ol' ball coach himself. Above are a couple of examples Steve made last night while cheering on Auburn. I'm told that each player gets a pair of earrings, as well as a choice between a necklace or a bracelet.

To cheer on whichever 2 $EC teams will be in the playoff....obviously they won't need interchangeable stones for Kentucky, Arkansas, Ole Miss, MSU, Vandy, Tennessee, FLA, or themselves.....
