I couldnt care less what the world is doing or how they think about america.

Every time someone says “the world looks at us and laughs” I’m like so what. This country didn’t become what it is by caring what the others countries think about us. I could care less.

I agree to an extent. It is nice when the world strives to be like us and listens to our moral authority and world issues.

It depends where you were and what country. They have a statue of Reagan in Budapest. They used to idiolize the USA.I had a business there for a bit. The used to want to be just like Americans. We are a joke now.

On the plus side, now more people realize there is a vast left wing conspiracy in voter suppression by pollsters inflating dem numbers in addition to MSM and social media interference.

And, if Biden ends up winning, will be a very slim margin so there will obviously be no talk about mandate.

And, I'll say it again, if the MSM did not interfere with the election, the USA would effectively be a one-party nation and that party would be republican.

Honestly, this could be the best outcome for conservatives. Having the senate red, a mental patient as president, and Special K laugher as VP will for sure swing enough voters back red for 2024, especially after COVOD deaths top 300,000 or 350,000 under the science-believing democrats.

For coming out and admitting you'd prefer we lived in an autocratic state and that you would support the dismantling of the Bill of Rights.

It's hard to get Trumpies these days to actually admit they want a dictatorship and an end to a free America, but hats off to you.

And, I'll say it again, if the MSM did not interfere with the election, the USA would effectively be a one-party nation and that party would be republican.

I personally think a split vote is probably the best outcome.

Trump absolutely had to go. I was a lot less crazy about a Democratic sweep.

Hopefully the GOP will start acting like, you know, actual fiscal conservatives again and not start off by putting us another $4 trillion in the hole or whatever it was going to be if the Dems took full power...I cannot even imagine what that first spending bill would have looked like.

Now we just need to make sure Trump's actually gone. There will undoubtedly be far more drama than there should be on that point.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

fiscal conservatism is an outdated idea.

T3,

No, I mean setting as your main legislative agenda to mess with the duly elected President of the US.

I mean the 400 bills passed by the duly elected members of the house that McConneell has not even allowed out of committee for a vote.

I mean not allowing a sitting President to fulfill his constitutional duty by naming a justice to the Supreme Court.

47% of the 32 quantitative macroeconomists surveyed predicted "substantially higher" economic growth in 2021 with democrats in control of the presidency and congress. 0% predicted substantially higher growth with Biden as president and a rebublican senate.

Coach, I agree, but if Joe and his Cabinet can manage some return to normalcy, that would be worthwhile. Perhaps he can even get a few Senators to agree to some moderate improvements - make the first steps towards meaningful improvements.
