This clown lost the Senate special election in August to McSally. Nobody would give him the time of day, much less a letter from the state legislature.

the blindly loyal Ever Trumper saps sure do seem to relish losing. Over and over. Day after day. From the election on, it's been one baseless whine after another getting ridiculed out of the courts. It's like every day we're watching these poor saps lose the election all over again. It would be borderline enjoyable if it wasn't such a sad spectacle to behold.

That Trump is the actual president, or that he's getting paid to do it?

He directed it to Pence, so maybe this part.

In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.
Honestly I don't know what the #### he's talking about.

I can but I think perhaps the tweet is being dismissed as insignificant.

I find that interesting since they closed the legislature

because Rudy infected everyone.
Also pretty sure it takes a bill passed by the legislature, and not a "letter" signed by "legislators".
Nice publicity stunt though. You bit.
Republicans acting like democrats. Maybe worse. Great. Wonder if they tweeted this earlier. Today is safe harbor day afterall.

legislature to do what they are claiming to want to do. I'm guessing that McCarthy has a letter signed by enough legislators to do what they think needs to be done but I'm not the least bit confident that they have to do it in the statehouse.
Lots of things are done with virtual appearances these days. Electronic transfers of documents are probably legal so who knows.
I don't think any of us should be real confident about this.
