1) He's human and needs a break.
2) He was playing against some of the best WRs in the country.
3) And like all of us, has room for improvement.

Indeed, which is why I hope he decides to come back to perfect his craft...yes those LSU WRs are going pro, but if he thinks he is too (and a high draft pick at that), then being schooled by them all night doesn't bode well. I love AJ but with that performance on a stage where he needed to show he deserves to be picked high in the NFL Draft, he didn't show out. I hope he comes back, it'll do him some good.

I have wondered all year if they are taught to look back from whence the ball may be coming to have a chance to knock it away or intercept it ?

studied AJT, and knew he wouldn't look for the ball. When they saw him assigned man-to-man on Chase, they knew where they were going all night.

The DBs need to work on getting their eyes on the ball. It’s been an issue. Burrow exploited it. With that said, I was still surprised with the performance.

I agree being put on an island with no safety help is tough. He got beat but he had a good season I think he's gone and time for young guys to earn their scholarship.

It's going to be interesting to see how Kyler McMichael performs next season for UNC. Wish he hadn't left.
RJ Mickens got poor reviews the week of the AA game. Hopefully he will not disappoint when he gets here.
We're gonna need some DBs to step up next season for sure. Hopefully the new DL guys bring the heat.

I think he played great, except for the missed tackle on EH late in the game. The deep balls thrown by Burro were dimes and there was no way to defend.

AJ. I am sure he wanted to go straight to the locker room at that point. He got trucked.

hurt our chances nearly to the same degree has Trevor's performance.
Trevor is awesome and I'm very glad he's our QB, but in this particular game, Terrell played better than Lawrence.

His job is one of the most difficult on the field (especially against top WRS)
He will learn from the mistakes and get better. Next year will be his money year
