Yes, noticed the same thing. I think our TO at 4:20 was supposed to be 30 seconds. But it turned into a long review of the clock which they reset to 4:30 so commercials got extended. I’m assuming they considered that the under 4:00.

By rule for the last three years, if a team calls a timeout within 30 seconds of a media timeout, then the team timeout is extended (from 30 or 60 seconds) to serve as the upcoming media timeout. Contrary to what some here speculate, it has nothing to do with the fact that there was a review...the timeout would have been extended either way. It's probably happened in at least 50% of our games this year.
