Anybody know what branch of the SC govt is

SCBRFD ? I tried the Google and struck out.

I got a check in the mail from the state treasurer and it says it’s a vendor payment for goods or services rendered to the SCBRFD.

I’m not a registered vendor with the state and if I rendered any services, I must have been drunk because I don’t remember it.

Do I cash the check?
