Good post Waterboy ... Looks like Stacey Long

Shout-out to an old classmate of mine ... Jeff Bostic. The right center on the right NFL team (Redskins) at the right time! And how about Jeff's brother Joe who older friends tell me was better than his little brother Jeff in Tiger Town?

Yes on Joe Bostic

Jun 25, 2018, 9:57 AM

He did have a better college career and was a first-team All American, I do believe. Drafted by the (St. Louis) Cardinals and had a decent, though short, NFL career. Jeff, obviously, hooked up with a better (at the time) organization and wound up part of a legendary unit in that Hog pen.

Revious Poster said Joe Bostic had a short career in the NFL

Geez. He played 10 years! In those days, players hit a lot more in practice and trading camp. Some one playing 10 years in the 70's and 80's would be like playing 15-16 years today.

Wayne Mulligan. Good Tiger player who played six years in the NFL at a high level. I think he made the pro bowl with the Cards but that was years ago.

Long before most of you were born but Lou Cordeilone(sic) was a pretty good lineman who played for several years in the NFL. I believe he was chosen as the number one player in the old AFL draft. He chose to play for the Steelers. And others. One of ole Frank Howard’s coal mining boys!

He deserves more than just mention. Great player who made the all Clemson cenntenial team. Anyone remember the touch down he scored against Usuck in 1966 (I think). Only TD I remember on offensive guard scoring in my hundreds of games attending. Jacobs blocking trophy winner too. Thanks for mentioning him. He passed away at A very early age

not 100% sure, but I believe he was also a consensus all American in '66 and then eventually drafted by the browns.

Don't remember offense or defense but Don Chuy was the baddest man who ever played in that era...one of his teammates told me he thought they let him out of a cage before kickoffs

Don played professionally for the Rams and wrestled in the off season.

I hope that you are right. Hopefully Hyatt will continue to improve. Returning for his senior year was a good move by him. He’s not quite ready for the NFL.

So I was in a Tae Kwon Do class with Lee Nanny during my time at Clemson. The instructor loved him and always called on him by name - "Nanny!". Another interesting but sad thing about that instructor is he was one of the people who died when Russia shot down Korean Air Line flight 007 in 1983.
