AVG Anti-Virus

Oct 19, 2012, 12:48 PM

I just downloaded this program after ridding my computer of a very nasty bug. It scans all websites i visit and every thread I read on the message boards pops up with a warning about malicious threats.

Has anybody else experienced similar problems and is tigernet really hosting malicious material?

Download malware bytes at a site like cnet or malware bytes.org. It's free and will locate hidden Trojan spyware on your machine. Good to run weekly. If you are using a.machine that runs windows, try the Microsoft essentials program that is also free. You want need any other virus protection and we had no trouble since we started using ###.

Yep,

give Microsoft Security Essentials a try.

I like it. Its free. Doesn't slow my computer down like McAfee and Norton did.

It does take about 50 hours to run a Full scan though.
