ACC Championship Game

Does anyone know the deciding factor or factors for determining the December 12 or December 19 date for the ACC Football Championship game?

Well the hotels in Charlotte think it's on the 12th. Just booked a room and they have a 3 night minimum for that weekend. I didn't ask about the 19th, so it could be the same for that weekend too.
