Didn’t really resonate with me was:

“Everything is political except politics, that’s personal”

I find it amusing now that people deny the politics involved in ALL of these decisions. And the aggressive posture they take to show it isn’t political just shows that much more how political it really is.

Everything is political.

If "Everything is political" then the decision to play or not to play will be political.

I'd prefer they take their time and make it based on science.
