A good coach

Has the ability to consistently get a motivated effort from their team. Every play, every minute, every possession has to matter despite the situation or the opponent. This is the model of Dabo, this is how he built Clemson. Sure the buy in and commitment to facilities help but having a consistent program provided a ton of that. CAB showed how much a coach matters when it comes to getting the very best out of your team. CBB has been very inconsistent in this, and that is the main reason why he should go, despite the Sweet 16.

I remember when some fans stated Jeff Scott did not know how to coach WRs. Then he got Nuk, Sammy and folks changed their minds.

Turned it around when facilities were built. CBB is two years removed from playing in Greenville
