A Better Game Day Experience

Jan 21, 2016, 9:40 PM

With all of the millions being spent on the baseball, basketball and football facilities, how much is being spent on clean, permanent bathrooms in all of the parking lots for Tiger fans, almost all of whom are IPTAY members? The port-o-lets are nasty!

1) too difficult and expensive to run water/sewer lines all over campus.
2) Clemson is a full-time college campus, not a full-time football parking lot. What an eyesore to build toilets all over the place.

Deal with it - don't drink so much.

I think it is a legit question. Where I park (Heisman Street) options are limited. At least open up Fike. This past year with the weather was the worst ever for gameday negatively impacting the campus. A few well placed permanent facilities would not be a bad idea. Leave them open for students playing intramural, etc.

Somewhat of a compromise....

"They" make portable restrooms now that function more like a permanent restroom but can be moved. Some of these could be placed where needed and moved afterward. We used to park up by the Alumni Center. I always found it odd that it was closed on the weekends the most alumni (by far) would be in town. It doesn't matter as much to me as it did to my wife, who had to find a "decent" place to take our little girl for years. Clemson can do better with a little effort.

I think it's third on the to do list

Behind personal butlers to wipe your pampered butt and Egyptian cotton toilet paper.

I think Hardin is generally open as well.
