Certified Angus Beef, smoked aged cheddar cheese, brisket, applewood smoked bacon, pickles, bbq sauce, toasted brioche bun.

I'm only gonna be able to make it through half, so this should be supper too

I cooked just over 3 pounds of taco meat.

Made burritos with beef, refried beans, shredded cheese, melted cheese, rice, sour cream, and homemade pico de gallo. Made 2 for the giant kid and 1 for the small one. He almost finished his 1 burrito. I’m still proud of him because even though his hands got “a little gross” he still ate all he could and said thank you, to my face, with his hand on my shoulder. Just like a real man would. (A real weird man.) But we’re cool. I’m actually going to put all of my burrito fillings over Ingles brand Frito corn chips. It will be delicious!

The wife will use the leftover beef to make tacos tonight for the boys and herself. I accomplished as much as I could in these current conditions.

8 quart stainless stock pot.

Same way I cook all my ground meat. It’s got high walls. You can add enough ingrto make a stock, soup, or sauce. If you’re just making “meat” it works great too. It doesn’t allow the moisture to escape before you are ready.

And we’ll cook as much meat as we want. You’re questioning our meat portion, is counter productive. Take all the meat you want. And cook as much meat as you can fit. Cause when you run out, you run out. And we all love meat.
