15 games...expanded playoff

I for one thought that moving to an 8 team playoff was the only way to go. That may still be the case but I am literally beat after our 15 games this year and I am just surfing the couch! I can't imagine how the players/coaches feel. 4 teams sounds good right now as long as we are in the field!

If the playoff is expanded, then I think the regular season needs to drop back to 11 games and keep the same start date. I couldn't imagine playing another game two weeks from now. Could possibly move it to six teams with a bye for 1-2 and the only teams that could potentially play 16 games would be 3-6. The first round would have to be mid-December at the home field of the 3-4 teams.

On to the next year! Go Tigers. Win and we're in again!

4 power conference title games pretty much are round one of the 8 game playoff.

This playoff is designed to spread the money evenly among the power five. Adding more teams will corrupt that model. This is controlled by the conference commissioners not by the NCAA, ESPiN or the fans.

If you want to see an expanded playoff you'll just have to show them how to make more money with it and evenly divide that money. I'm sure they are always willing to listen to someone with a good plan.

Mandate at least one P5 OOC matchups for each team and no more than 2 FCS teams.
