If onset of symptom was a yesterday he will be ready for ND.

He should be ready for ND, as far as COVID is concerned.

The problem is he will go into the game with zero reps with the rest of the team.

with the team next week? Some people are sick for only a couple days but others are sick for weeks

ACC rules says he cannot practice or be with team for 10 days

Hoping he tested positive earlier in the week and he just authorized CDS to release the info today.

Most likely tested positive Wednesday

The team tests everyone on Wednesday. If the test was Wednesday, he could play against Notre Dame, but couldn't practice or have any interaction with the team until the day of the game.

From symptom according to cdc. Those in close contact, quarantine 14 days after the 10 days unless symptoms them 10 from there. Just went through this.
