If Hauser hadn’t drilled that kick, what do you think our chances of winning in overtime were? I’d say about 25%. SMU had all of the momentum (even though we showed significant fire in that last possession leading up to the kick.

I posted previously about my daughter comparing Saturday’s game to Tampa in 2016. But when Bama took the lead in the natty, I immediately turned to her and said “they left us too much time!” I definitely did not feel that after SMU tied it Saturday. I know, different situations and different amounts of time, but i gave us zero chance of winning in regulation after they tied it up.

Not my wheelhouse. I’m terrible at predicting a past that didn’t happen.
I am however outstanding at predicting the future.

Gumby Prediction: The rich will stop at nothing and I mean nothing, to stack the deck in their favor.
