We can only hope he is right. If we continue playing like this, we won't host a regional. We need our pitchers to come back from injury first of all and then hope suddenly our guys know how to start smacking that ball around consistently and to stop leaving so many guys stranded.

Fans might be great against the teams like PC, Davidson, Winthrop, NC A&T and the like because all they have to do is fill out the lineup card. When you start playing the Florida States, NC States and Dukes of the conference and add Coastal, the T ball coach fans have to realize the only ACC school we swept was Cal, it takes a bit more than just writing names on a lineup. Truth is, we were never as good as it appeared but we are not as bad as it appears now. We need to meet somewhere in the middle and win the series against Pitt and have some momentum going into the tournament.
