win the ACCT, and beat Duke again along the way. Anything short of that and I think we are capped at a 4. We just moved up to Lunardi's 5 line, and wins over bad ACC teams like ND, UVA, BC, and VT aren't going to move the needle.

I'm not sure where your outrage is coming from. They were giving a very OPTIMISTIC view of this team's seeding potential. A 3 seed would be frigging amazing.

We're seen as a 5 or 6-seed currently, and the season is almost over. Our last three opponents are all bad teams, with the toughest being at Virginia who is 14-14 and 7-10 in the ACC. There's not much we can do from here on out to move up.

Obviously winning the ACC Tournament would help (especially if we're the team to defeat Duke).

Winning the ACC Tournament would probably put us as a 3-seed and maybe a 2-seed if the Final is against Duke. Otherwise, I can't see what's wrong with the announcer's statement.

Right now an across-the-board 5 seed projection

Unfortunately w/ how in love the media & metrics are with SEC, B10, & B12 (w/ so many of them occupying the 1-4 seed lines) that trying to break through is gonna be a pain in the @$$.

If our guys win out the RS and get a win or 2 in ACCT, should be a 4 seed easily. Only way see getting to a 3 seed will be winning out + winning ACCT (beating Duke & UL in process).

Really don't care what seed our boys are, just want to see them make another deep run.
