I'm glad we are starting a new chapter without tajh.

I love that Tajh did a lot for the program statistically, but that won't mean much in 2 years. He will be known for a losing record vs FSU and not beating USC. He continues to play like a true freshmen under pressure. I hope the NFL works out well for him, but the pressure is a lot bigger there. Ask the old TTU QB how many people remember his stats....
Maybe the new qb next year will have balls.
Go Tigers, and somebody tell CHAD to learn how to run the ball...

System or no, he needs to learn how to call plays that are there. Why didn't Hot Rod get the ball more?

If you guys think Tajh is the problem, we are in alternate universes.

without bubble screens.
For Tajh, he is trying so hard that he's hurting the team. Should have been given a breather - put Stoudt in.
And, in my universe, bubble screens only work when they are a surprise - the defenders move away from line of scrimmage, expecting a go route. Instead, they just wait for Boyd to stare down his target, then throw him the ball.

Perhaps you'd like to go back to our last season without Tajh when we went 6-7? Or take losses in the three ranked wins in a row in 2011? Or forfeit our wins against Auburn, LSU and Georgia? If all you think Tajh had done is boost stats, get out. I cannot stand such a stupid fan pulling for my team. Yeah, he didn't do well against South Carolina or FSU, but look at how much better those teams have gotten in the past few years. You have to give them credit too.
Any real Tiger would never want Tajh Boyd gone. This thread is utterly ridiculous. Think next time before you say something.

Last night, if Tajh had had an O line that allowed him time to get his reads and for the receivers to get separation, we would have won the game.

If Chad doesn't call that stupid double pass when we are ramming down their throat on the first drive, we aren't playing from behind all night and there might have actually been some pressure on the cluckers!

I'm pretty sure many would remember his stats. He also seems to be doing pretty well for himself nowadays. He's Texas Tech's HC now.
The fact is, Tajh is a very good QB. He didn't play well in some of your big games, but he didn't get a lot of help in front of him.
I think your five star guy you have coming in is going to have a better supporting cast.

Harrell is also remembered by many as a very good QB. He just hasn't panned out in the pros.
