And now he's firing up his students of the game, this maybe a coach without any coaching experience that's worth the risk of keeping around bc Ben's intensity is something that you naturally have, or you don't, and he will be a coach that can easily tell if a player has that intensity or not...

The way that Sammy was talking about Ben, he may have already felt the Supplex tackle

I think we were probably missing that intensity. LB coaching has been a major concern of mine since I just don't see Goodwin giving it the Ole Jimmy Greenbeans coaching. Goodwin might be great at breaking down offenses and calling defensive plays but that is different than putting on the pads and tackling. I hope Big Ben brings the grunts back to the vocabulary!

We’ve been missing this sort of intensity since Skalski left, been saying we need to get this guy back into the fold for a while now glad to see he’s making an impact

Ben Boulware was a monster of a college LB and one of the 4-5 alpha leaders we had on the team at that time. So glad he is on staff now.

Ben loves to fight and compete to win!
He doesn’t know how to lose period!
Hopefully he can keep his cool when he gets fired up!
They should let him play!

I was really thinking Nick Eason was going to play this role with the defensive players but it didn’t seem to happen. Glad BB is bringing the intensity.

That is why Wes has Ben on the sidelines. Just what the D needs.
