Righthander who has served predominantly as a long reliever during his career ... has one of the team’s hardest fastballs ... in 95.1 innings pitched over 68 appearances (one start) and four seasons, he has a 4-4 record, two saves and a 3.78 ERA while allowing 88 hits (.247 opponents’ batting average) and 35 walks with 77 strikeouts ... one of the only Tigers in history to play six years with the program; received an extra year because of two years missed due to injury ... four-time ACC Academic Honor Roll member.
