WATCH: Williams' amazing 1-hand catching skills

by - Assoc. Editor -

Clemson junior wide receiver Mike Williams is back for spring practice and ready to resume his impressive collegiate career.

Williams suffered a neck injury colliding with a goal post in the first football game against Wofford and consequentially missed the remainder of last season. He has 79 catches for 1366 yards and ten touchdowns for his career at Clemson.

He shows off his tremendous one-handed catching ability and reflexes in the following short clip.

Swinney discussed Williams' progression from the injury on Monday afternoon during the first day of spring practice.

"He is going to do everything, Swinney said. "We are just not going to tackle him to the ground. He is going to do all the 1 on 1's, all the skelly, all the team pass. He is going to do everything we do. We are just not going to tackle him so we when we go scrimmage he will not scrimmage. He will be in a green jersey. He looks great. He is doing everything, and he is cleared to do everything. If we were playing this spring he could play, but really we just want to kind of get his confidence back where it needs to be and when we get back in camp he will be full go."
