Judge orders mediation within 120 days. What does that really mean? We will find out in time, hiwever, the judge was pushing for early mediation to be completed.

The case will continue, otherwise, as the judge is also allowing FSU to amend their filing over "wording" concerns.

Overall, FSU seems to be the BIG winner here today.

I really think early arguments showed how the GOR is nothing more than a "dead man" walking. But, it will take a little more time to see it drop over into the grave.

Gives them a leg up for the case in NC. This didn’t fully go the way FSU was hoping today.

Mediation is typically not binding. Each side pays more legal fees, but the mediator doesn't have any authority.

FSUs attorneys couldve done better IMO....

This gets settled downstream...but the FSU side didnt finish strongly...
