I''m starting with an American Kolsch Story from River Rat in Columbia. Going to follow with a mixture of fine pilsners: Victory Prima Pils, Mamas Little Yellow Pils, Torch Pilsner from Foothills, Thomas Creek Dockside Pilsner and Lagunitas Pils.

I'm definitely not a yankee. I have been above the Mason Dixon line for a grand total of 11 days of my life. I like Sweet tea, but it does not like me.

Jim Beam Bourbon and ginger ale, there are some other great bourbons out there but can't go wrong with beam.
Debating trying some of the honey infused bourbons that seem to popular now.

Wow, you really like Pilsners! That's one of my least favorite styles. I'm going with Anderson Valley Pinchy Jeek Barl (bourbon barrel pumpkin ale)
