Clemson has much to be thankful for...Dabo for sure...also the ACC...if we played Old Miss or Tenn or Aunurn or LSU every Saturday we would never had won a Natty..we had trouble with BC, Pitt & Nancy! Thank your lucky stars we were in the ACC...now the powerbrokers at Clemson want us to give up the safety net for a fistful of $! Be careful what you wish for....goodbye Beantown, rustbelt and tobacco road, here comes the whinning about bad SEC officials or Buckeye cheaters!

Clemson ran the SEC
and when they become SEC
it's Clemson, Alabama, and Georgia
** all the SEC teams you named are nobodies (LSU you beat Clemson during a rebuild year. The LB in that game was Venables . the momentum turned when Skalski was ejected. the next play BV's kid got trucked. LSU scored soon after and the game broke loose)

I think we would be the same program that Dabo has built regardless of what conference we're in. In the SEC Dabo would get all those players that has turned us down bc we were in the ACC and not the SEC where they wanted to play. They have said it themselves many times, they loved Dabo and Clemson, but they didn't choose Clemson bc we were in the ACC where FB wasn't as strong as it is in the SEC, and that playing in the SEC would give them a better chance of making it to the NFL, and it did when the SEC was at it's strongest in FB, and it's heading back to that level, and it's bc of the money they are now paying SEC schools...

My concern is that he may sometimes recruit a kid with less talent because he can mold him more easily into the image he wants. There are no young people that wouldn't benefit from exposure to good leaders and he's supposed to get the best football players he can.
