Actually, with the exception of Tim (don't know him), I think these are the "traditionalist" that would say that someone is the Champion until proven otherwise on the field.

Did anyone that actually played recently (Saban + 2019 schedule) rank us higher than 3rd?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Dabo had one of the best lists, & not because he had us #1.

Dec 10, 2019, 4:54 PM [ in reply to These are our friends? ]

He has UGA about right at #9. Don't understand those having them 5th.

He has Baylor 5th, which is correct. They have to be right next to OK.

He has Bama 6th, which is probably closer to right than 12th.

Jeremy Pruitt must be smarter than I thought!

Every coach has us in the top 3...

What do you mean by "know your enemies?"

Exactly what I was thinking lol. More like “know who likes you more”.

Jeremy Pruitt voted us ahead of LSU?

Dec 10, 2019, 10:42 AM

They are going to confiscate his SEC membership card.

I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me.

He thought he did... but he can't count without using a laptop.

Why only sixty-something ballots?

Dec 10, 2019, 11:25 AM

Do half of the coaches just throw them away with the life insurance quotes?

Saban had Bama as #5. Goes to show the bias in this vote as well. This issue with any voting that is done by a human is going to be biased. All the so called computer ranking is just as biased as human polls because they give more credit for beating a team from one conference over another. It's all BS and we will show those 50+ coaches that didn't vote us #1 that they were complete idiots on January 13.

Honestly, most of these guys dont know as much as an avid

Dec 10, 2019, 12:11 PM

fan of CFB. They are too busy coaching and watching film of the teams they play, so unless you PLAY against one of these teams, you really know less that a fan that watches all the games all day and through the week.

Dabo's vote seems to be the most realistic ...

Dec 10, 2019, 12:32 PM

Has Alabama ahead of Georgia but has Oregon and Baylor just outside the top 4.

I would have Bama #5, before I would have UGA that high!

Dec 12, 2019, 11:22 AM

5. Baylor
6. Oregon
7. Penn St
8. Bama
9. Wisky
10. UGA

7,8 & 9 in any order

Very partisan voting based on conference or coach's relationships.

All these idiots have Georgia 5 spots ahead of alabama. Bama would crush UGA. UGA belongs at # 10 tops.
