These posts are hypocritical given that Clemson also had two players involved with something similar. Malcolm and Fred were just lucky no one died.
Plenty of other low hanging fruit with the Dawgs, maybe Clemson fans should focus on those.

Vehicular homicide is a totally different matter. Sorry but no. There is ZERO equivalency here.

That is an example of the hypocrisy I am talking about. Davis was doing over 100 mph on 123 in the middle of the day racing with Greene. He struck another car and was lucky he did not kill the driver. Not sure how that is not relevant?
If your point is that Dabos response was different, that is a fair point. Greene and Davis barely saw the field as bad as our secondary was at times last year. Public story was nagging injuries, yet Mukuba played hurt all year while struggling. It was probably some Love Shack going on with Davis and Greene and neither play for us anymore.

"Dabo's response was different" ...... that's the whole point that you seem to be missing!

Lucky? Maybe? But there is a huge difference between someone dying and not.

Is that not obvious? Yes it may be luck but look at the difference between drunk driving without death/injury and one with death. Two totally different deals and two totally different punishments. Are they lucky? Maybe but huge difference.

Lucky or unlucky has nothing to do with it. If I walk down the street with my pistol and shoot someone, the ramifications are much different if I only wound them than if I kill them.

He should have just posted:

Probation for causing the death of someone. Sounds like Washington, D.C.

Rumor is that a law will require ALL 2026 vehicles have an Impaired driving device be installed. Except, of course, cops and lawmakers.

I have a feeling more civil suits will be filed. That was a slap on the risk for those responsible for the deaths of 2 people.
It’s sad that human life means so little to some.

General comment about traffic violations.

The penalties are way too lax.
Article says he was ticketed just a few months earlier for doing 89 in a 45.
But, he still had a driver's license.
Traffic laws all over the country are way too lax. It is one thing to be ticketed for doing 60 in a 45 and a completely different thing to be doing 89 in a 45.
But, as long as we max the penalty so small, it is way to easy to conclude the reward is worth the risk.

so for those LAWYERS and I am not talking about those of you who watched Perry Mason or Matlock, so shut your Dunning Kruger mouths up on this one...
What is the norm for someone that was not in the car, but was racing, where the person they were racing crashed and were killed?
Sure, if the punishment is egregiously different than the norm, then I suspect that there was corruption here. If the punishment is aligned with precedence, then I see nothing wrong here.
What I see with these comments are a lot of assumptions.

The logical one, LKNTiger! Good job.
Clearly there was special treatment in both scenarios..
I wonder how Karen Alvarez feels. She was the woman driving the postal truck on 123 that day whose skull/spine/pelvis/ribs/clavicle were fractured.
