After watching the game again..,
Putnam was getting destroyed on every play
No x’s and o’s to blame. He was just straight up manhandled day long. Both cause dt’s were on him just taking turns

He has to quit pointing his left arm right before he snaps. Its a dead give away and he is getting crushed because D knows when the snap is coming. I have no idea what he is doing nor why hasnt Austin put the kabosh on that immediately. Watch the game again and he does it every play, im comfused!

The fact that you think Austin controls hiw the snap count is determined is ... well ... lets just say youve never played, or you are 80 and played when one man did it all...and obviously youve never coach on any high level ... the OC determines pretty much everything...and usually they have a very specific reason for doing what they tell their offensive staff to do and teach and the why behind it...your comments and blame are compmetely off point although your observation could be legit!!! I can promise you that TA doesnt determine how the snap occurs and if he does then we've been had by our OC hire..C means you coordinate everything on the offense because its your #### on the line!!! Period!!!

Do you even know what you are talking about? Every assettion you made about me is absolutely inaccurate. Did you even comprehend what I said? There is no snap count dummy! Putnam raises his left arm to signal snap after Cade claps for ball. I have serious doubts you have a clue. The center pointing his entire arm forward to signal snap gives the defense every advantage especially if they are not playing hand in dirt because they can move before the offense.
Before you make another dumb comnent, watch Putnam presnap during game, you will then see what I am referring too.
And yes, I played DB for yrs, I am not 80, I never coached, but I am obviously more observant than you as well! Snap counts??? Ha!

Somehow, a few years ago, some brilliant football coach figured out that the players he recruited were too stupid to call their own plays and could not remember snap counts. Evidently. I totally agree that signaling the defense with your hand when you are about to snap the ball is a horrible idea but a lot of teams do it as players of today relinquish more and more responsibility to the coaches. I have no idea why the coaches make the players attend meetings every day to discuss game plans when they call the plays for them. It's a good thing I am not playing QB these days because I would be changing plays that were sent in, especially those that came in late. They could just sit me down, which I am sure they probably would.

Yes. He got “Blown Up” some. I’m sure you saw where Mitchell Mayes got his Lunch Eaten multiple times!

Didn’t watch replay but just watching live it was clear he was beaten on several plays. Some whiffs and some physically dominated. 3-5-3 can be a challenge to block but he’s got to do better.
