I picked Cuse over Maryland because Cuse beat them easily last year and is coming off a dominating win against a CMU team that killed Purdue. The game is also in the Sauna Dome up in NY.
I'm really split on who I want to win the ECU/ UNC game. On the one hand, I think it really helps Clemson if UNC wins and comes into the Valley ranked, especially if we lose to FSU. If ECU beats UNC, nobody will particularly care when we beat UNC. If UNC beats ECU, they're probably around the top 20. But my little bro went to ECU, and I can see UNC's defense having a lot of trouble with ECU's passing attack. My head and family says to go with ECU, but my Clemson heart says UNC.

I'd go with Cuse and ECU since both are home games.
How will ECU bounce back after one of the school's biggest victories? If it was at UNC, I'd say the emotional high of last week would mean an ECU loss. Maybe momentum carries over being at ECU.
MD going to SYR after a disappointing last second loss would make me lean SYR.

ECU coming off an emotional win, UNC won but barely got past SDSU.

ECU also is coming in with a chip on their shoulder wanting to take over the tar heel state. Gimmie ECU.
Maryland coming off a loss, expect that loss to beat them twice. Cuse coming off a win. Gimme the Orange (Plus, that dome is some serious home field advantage).

Syracuse and ?

I'm picking Syracuse because:
1. Maryland barely got by USF and didn't look good doing it. USF barely got by Western Carolina and got blown out by NC State.
2. Syracuse destroyed Central Michigan (40-3), who easily beat Purdue (38-17).
3. It's in Syracuse
The UNC/East Carolina game is really a tossup IMO. The spread has gone from UNC -2 to UNC +2. The Sagarin predictor has UNC as a slight favorite. It's at ECU, but i'm not sure that's much of a home field advantage. UNC has had an extra week to prepare. A tossup, but I would take UNC if I got any points.
