REALLY lifted up the defense. Very impressed with his recent performances and I think he's going to have a BIG game vs. UNCheat.

followed the super seniors around. they all just chilled with XT

There were two teams on defense. the freshmen (and underclassmen) take over is in full swing

I concur, this kid has waited patiently and some said he was behind on development. Who really knows, but I'm truly happy he's getting quality snaps and proving he has what it takes to be elite. Happy for that young man!!!
He reminds me a lot of Huggins (Huggy Bear)

I think Capehart can be one of the best DTs in the country next year he’s a monster

He is playing great. He really needed a couple of years to get his body right.
We will lose 3 players to the NFL after this season and may be better next year.
DT alone will have Capehart, Woods, Williams and Page who have all played well over the last couple of years. That does not even factor in Burley and Story who are already on campus.
