Getting sick of TE's postgame comments. Pretty much all he

says these days is, the other team did something we didn't prepare for, new exotic coverage we've never seen, and we can't/couldn't adjust. We can't snap under center because "that's not what we do" which is complete b.s. Two power runs and game is over but he risks a shotgun snap with a handoff in the endzone smh. Basically, he's NOT DOING what a coach being paid $2M per year are SUPPOSED to do during a game. What makes it infuriating is it was against a really bad GT team. This shouldn't be happening.

that under center junk has been their mantra for years. Total bs for short yardage grind it out must have yards. Yet they continue to ignore working on it. Of course given how what they do work on has looked maybe we are better off.

The real question is, why is Dabo letting it happen?

Dabo is making 8 mil a year and not going to get the boot for years to come. I think he's lost his drive personally.

Dabo isn’t the type to lose his drive

I think he’s really close with TE and he’s hoping he can get us back to that 2015-2016 offense again.

Could be. I am wondering the same. With that much $, it is hard to keep the drive and put in the hours required.
Maybe the Coot was right, but just early on the call that we are cycling out.

Others have said this before…..our offense is not the same since Jeff Scott left.

That's dead on.

TE always has a list of excuses he pulls out when the offense messes its drawers. The inability or unwillingness to change or adjust the approach is just doing more and more damage to this team.

Yes, he rarely takes ownership, like we expect others to do. It's usually a long list of excuses, which might be right.
But guess what? Who cares, go get the job done, adapt, adjust, shuck and jive, do something different, right?!

Well, we planned all week and then their plan didn't align with our plan, you know, what we practiced all week long. I don't know why they did that? The last team we played did the same thing. I mean, it was a different scheme, but we had practiced for something else.
Excuses. Top Tier Coaches making millions should have the ability to adjust. If there are 7-8 men in the box, throw jump balls on the outside to our 6'3"-6'5" wideouts. If they are dropping linebackers and playing 2 deep --- throw quick slants that pairs receivers with the backers...jeez...
TE acts like it's okay since the opponents comes with a wrinkle. Pathetic.

Let’s not forgetTobbi Caldwell and his performance as OL coach. The OL has been the weak link in the program for years and it never changes. I counted three missed blocking assignment in first half that resulted in hugh losses and a drive stoppage.

$2M a year and he doesn't have a goal line segment or 2

during practice? What other team in the country doesn't practice goal line situations?
Or are we the only team in the nation that can't go under center in goal line?

he has to say something

You shouldn't pay too much attention to what he says, because he has to talk, but fans of sorry teams are NEVER happy with what the coaches say. And Clemson is a sorry team right now.
What could he say that would make you happy?

He can say whatever he wants, just don't keep saying it over and over each week. Fix the problem.

To begin with, he could name our best/most consistent player on offense (Shipley) a starter.
But he won't. That tells you all you need to know about what's going on with the offensive coaching staff.
