If two-loss TCU wins the Big 12 CG and two-loss 0-31-0 wins the Big 12, 'Bama would be the best one-loss team left.

Who would be the 4?

I assume ACC and SEC champ, but then who? Can you put in Ohio State over Oklahoma? I thought head to head was more important than Conference champ, especially when it was a blow out on the conference champ's home field. I think Alabama's best bet is Wisconsin and TCU winning, but I still think Alabama is on the outside looking in. Oklahoma looks like the better team and would only have one loss outside of the conference championship. The Auburn game did not look like a fluke. It looked like Alabama was not that good. I don't see any possibility of a rematch with them personally.

ACC champ is in, SEC champ is in, WI & OK win, they are in

Bama has to hope OhST and/or TCU win, and pray the committee takes a 1 loss non-champ over a 2 loss conference champ. Personally, I don't think a second team from a conference should get in, unless they are clearly better than the other options. With their weak schedule, how can we say Bama is clearly better than any of the two loss champs?

of course, supposedly 50-50 between BAMA & OSU if Buckeyes beat WISC. The Canes screwed themselves - a close loss to CLEM they may have still got in with 1-loss

Yes, but I think it’s a long shot.

They won’t have a conference championship, and their best wins are against LSU and Mississippi. Their resume is really unremarkable.
To get in, they will need a lot of help.

I don't know how they get in without a signature win. We have the best win with Auburn, Okie has OSU and TCU, wiscy would have osu, osu has Penn state, uga has ND
Bama has ..... crickets. A 5-6 FSU team. The mighty SEC being big bad Bama and the little brothers in the east and west are actually hurting there chance to get in. Hard to believe.

Yes - but only if TCU beats Oklahoma.

The SEC champ is in. The ACC champ is in. The BIG champ is in. Oklahoma is in if they win. Alabama is in only if TCU wins.

This is the correct answer.

If we,Wisconsin, Georgia, and Oklahoma take care of business then I don't see how Bama gets in unless this scenario doesn't happen.

Bama loses out to ACC winner, SEC winner, Oklahoma if they win, and Wisky if they win. Bama gets in over ACC loser, SEC loser, TCU if they win. And it will be impossible to predict, but fun to watch the spin if they are pitted against a 2-loss Ohio State winning the B1G for the final spot.

What if Bama got in at #4 and lost to us in the playoff and Georgia beat Oklahoma in the 2/3 matchup and then we beat Georgia in the title game. That would give us wins over the 3 best teams in the SEC in one season, what a dream scenario.

Very good chance. If Clemson, Oklahoma and Auburn win their conference, and Wisconsin loses to Ohio State, Alabama would likely get in

If it was up to the media they would be in anyway. Even with all the 'what ifs' falling their way, I don't see the committee putting two sec teams in and leave two conferences out.
