19 Days For Big Bear Valley Eaglets To Hatch (PIP)

Shadow brought a nice big fish to Jackie on the nest. She flew off and did not eat it but went hunting on her own. Shadow took over nest duty for several hours. Jackie decided she would eat the fish at 3pm and only took about 5 mins to consume every bit of it. The eagles leave nothing when they eat anything. They must have a powerful digestive system. They even eat the bills of the ducks.

Look for a nice sunny day. Still cold at night.

Enjoy today and thank God for all his blessings on us.❤❤✝✝

I love how Shadow and Jackie tag team with nest duty. Parenting is the same all over I guess. I've been watching for about 2 weeks. Hope at least 2 of the eggs hatch.

Can eagles swivel their heads a full 360 degrees? Just during this video, this

one is routinely going well past 180 degrees with no problems. Makes my poor arthritic neck hurt just watching it!
