4-star 2018 wide receiver Jordyn Adams from Cary (NC) Green Hope announced on NFL Network his decision to commit to North Carolina over Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State, and LSU during Nike’s The Opening Final on Monday night.
TigerNet caught up with 6-2, 175-pound prospect recently to talk about his recruiting. “I'm really excited. I'm ready to get the recruiting process over,” Adams said. “At first, starting off, it was a little bit stressful, but since I started slimming down my choices it's gotten pretty easy.” The 6-2, 175 pounder is the son of former South Carolina defensive line coach Deke Adams, who spent three years with the Gamecocks and is currently at North Carolina. He has national offers from Alabama, Clemson, East Carolina, Kentucky, LSU Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio State, South Carolina, Southern Miss, TCU, Tulane, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and others. Clemson offered on 10/25/16. In 2016, he has passed for 1,880 yards and 17 touchdowns while rushing for 514 yards and eight scores. I'm coming home!!! ???? #blessed pic.twitter.com/NIbmHeDRxS
