Just wanted to drop a quick note about the blog from yesterday and today. Wednesday afternoon I injured my back again. A herniated disc between my L3 and L4 has me down. I missed work on Thursday (for only the fourth day in my life). I can sit up for a few minutes at a time but must lay down on my right side to help with the spasms. Sorry for the lack of a blog the last two days but I hope a weekend of rest will get me back on track for Monday. Have a great weekend. See you guys again Monday. Mickey
