Literally cost the game. Why was that not reviewed?

Only in Georgia! If the ball had passed to the left of the foul pole and landed in fair territory it would have been a home run.

That did not even look that close. How could that have been called foul, especially after the review?

I was sitting in the stands 40 ft away. It was a foul based on where it hit in the trees, which was right above the 350 ft sign, on the left of the poll. There was no wind. The ball was hit on a rope. Most camera angles are perpendicular to the bases, or behind the plate up high. It's a trick of perspective.
Don't get me wrong, it sucks. I stayed all 15 innings. I wish they called it wrong. This umpire crew were a bunch of idiots, especially the guy behind the dish, but I'm guessing the reason they didn't overturn it is the third base umpire was sure like I am and you just can't tell from the video.

I disagree you can tell from the video that it was on the inside of the foul pole so it was a home run.

The ball clearly disappears behind the foul pole which means it's fair

otherwise the pole disappears. It should have been an easy call to overturn. Where it hits a tree 30 feet behind the wall doesn't matter. The ball is moving right to left so it would likely hit in "foul" territory if you extend the line beyond the field of play but that doesn't matter. Looking at where the ball lands has no effect on where it was when it left the field of play

It is very clear that the ball disappears behind the foul pole, which is a home run. Where it lands beyond the field of play is irrelevant. The only think correct in your post is that is sucked.

A few basics here.
1. The outer left edge of the pole is the beginning of foul territory
2. The white line on the field and the wall is the official line and the pole is the line extended vertically
3. The ball clearly passed to the right of the appendage on the foul pole indicating the ball was at least 12-14 inches in fair territory
3. Where the ball lands after crossing the boundaries of said field as long as the ball was fair has no bearing as to whether the ball is fair or foul.
That call was one of the most biased, partisan calls in the annals of baseball.

That is UMP interference of the game for an end result, and that's exactly what that was!!!

I don't know what the pole is made of, but if it's clear, it might be a HR. If you can't see through it, it might be foul.
If you look at it several times, there's a frame that appears to show the ball in the center of the pole and in front, but if the pole is made of a clear material, it could be behind it.

Nope - one of the postings of the replay shows the ball in the center of the pole in one frame. You have to look at it carefully to see it, but it's there. That's why I'm curious about whether you can see through the material that the pole is made from - or not.

Has anyone (besides the refs) argued that it wasn't a HR?

Purify not homering in this game? We know SEC baseball games are being bet on with “inside information” given. That Alabama Coach and his moran friend being a prime example.
Something smells very fishy.

JK, no disrespect intended but if you are going to label someone as a moron, first learn to spell "moron". Otherwise it could make you look like...well, you know.

The ball disappears, and then reappears. Simple like a pimple on a dimple. The biggest travesty is the fact that the pole (or net) is called the foul pole. If it hits it, the play is called a home run. Therefore, the pole should be called the "fair pole". That is a mistake from day 1.

if you can't make that basic call then you shouldn't be out there. There is no explanation for that.
