If the two lower seeds play each other and the winner plays us, then the winner of that game advances. Has anyone heard when Will Taylor might be back in the line up?

This format is horrible and dated. Coaches players and fans wanted it changed…
ACC leadership/administration has no vision.
Philips is weak. Can’t wait to leave this conference.

Yeap I do not like the pool play format. If they want keep it short and concise why not have a single elimination format.

Like he said though, its good when a top 4 seed. You are almost guaranteed

advancing unless you lose 2 out of 3 since you would win the tiebreaker as top seed in the pod unless the team that beat you won all of their games.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – Pairings and game times have been set for the 2024 Atlantic Coast Conference Baseball Championship, which gets underway Tuesday, May 21, at Truist Field in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The championship will feature a pool-play format, leading into a four-team, single-elimination bracket to determine the league champion.
