We had one born in March but he was due in February and was about 4 and half weeks late.

Really just luck. The stud was a Palomino so that increases the odds but still no guarantee.

Adding to Spud's wondering about color. The Palomino daddy of this one comes from a long line of stud's that throw mostly Palomino babies. His full brother sold for $30k 2 years ago. Only reason we have him is he only has one nut and can't be certified, so if anyone ever asks you how much one nut is worth? Bout $28,500.
