Where The baseball program grinds its way out of the dark back into being ranked #2 in the country and these whack job “fans” still aren’t pleased. This team is full of hard nosed ball players. Not easy to find these days.

Better get busy. Fan is short for fanatic. You guys seem to forget that. Google the definition. As long as it isn’t hare speech, it’s protected.
The bullpen does suck. It will be our undoing in the post season. We also lack a second ace. Championships start with elite pitching. The majority of championship teams have an era closer to one for at least one starter and 2.5-3 for starter two. Great pitching trumps great hitting most of the time.

The Bp doesn’t suck it’s 50+ games in and stretched out thin. We’ve got two legit starters but I’d say that our Sunday guy is a good bit better than the Saturday guy. This team is dangerous bc we can hit and score in anyone. If the pitching stays just average we’ll be an extremely difficult out for anyone. Hints the #2 ranking

BP is a definite issue. Call it what you want but we wouldn’t have to score so many runs if the pen could get some outs. A few games they were shredded. One being game 2 of this last series.

the type of fanatic we choose to be is based on our attitudes. Clemson baseball is having a good year and Some people just can't find joy even in success.
Could the bull pen be better.. sure.. Could it be worse.. heck yeah!
but you don't get to 36-10 with a "SUCKY" bull pen. Clemson is top 15 (outta 295 - top 95%) in ERA. If that is sucky then I wish i was that sucky when i was at Clemson. If i was that sucky at life i'd be on a bass boat right now about to pull away from the dock on my lake house instead of rambling on tnet.

Team era is good because of our starting pitching. I am a baseball fanatic and I promise you without looking at any numbers our bullpen is a struggle, but I still have faith

The ranking is an overall grade of what your peers see and think about your bunch. Shows me that what I see is par with what other solid baseball minds see and that’s a very dangerous team. Agreed. It’s all about the post season. Can’t roll into the post season as a confident group without having a solid regular season. That argument is a double edged sword.

After being out of the Omaha for way too long I’m not about to get too high on a mid season ranking. Make it back to Omaha or you aren’t what this ranking says and the regular season record doesn’t matter. We at least need to make a super. Now I don’t know what posts you are referring to, but that’s my take.

Clemson should be a staple in Omaha year in and out so I agree with you. The point of my post is respect the #2 ranking. The outsiders give that ranking. That’s the respect we’re receiving from the eyes on our program so the least we could do as supporters is match that and acknowledge that we have a squad. Yall like playing hard to get a little too much. Enjoy it
