Do you think teams and the media are in fear of Clemson anymore?

I believe they are and they will say things and publish whatever headlines to make it seem that Clemson has completely fallen.

Greg McElroy wanted everybody to know that they shouldn’t sleep on Clemson. Why would anybody?

They know as soon as the switch flips at the QB position, it’s over for everybody.

The defense isn’t going anywhere and hasn’t since Venables came in and introduced a scheme that will be used for a long time.

That was a backhanded statement by McElroy and I’m ready to be elite again and not have to see that

It’s got to be taken serious at some point

I think the respect is still there and coaches know they have to prepare for a dangerous team, especially when playing us in DV.

However, having said that, I do believe we no longer have the intimidation factor we once did…

We were really close to being elite last season, we weren’t being blown out by any means.

We caused most of our own troubles, how many teams have ever faired as well as we did with that many stupid errors/fumbles.

Clemson hasn’t went anywhere, it while be shown just how tough Clemson is this season as we hit the playoffs with a bye and home game too!
