If the Texas Christian Horned Frogs can win a Tennis National Championship then why not the Clemson Tigers.How are they able to recruit the caliber of athlete to win a National Championship because their facilities are no where close to Clemson's Duckworth Family Tennis Center,heck they don't even a Indoor facility... https://vimeo.com/858983805/eb8a57fcc8?share=copy

I take that back they do have a Indoor facility...The video went by fast but it showed their Indoor Tennis courts at the 29 second mark...Still the Tigers can win a National Championship,just need to get out and recruit a whole lot harder

Horry, this will probably answer your question. The school has a history of winning recently. Long before nil or transfers ever happened. Before social media, streaming, transfers, nil, kids pretty much had to rely on locals to fill rosters. Texas, like Cali was fertile ground for athletes of other sports. West coast is progressive in the Olympic sports and dominated for a long time. Nowadays you recruit internationally.

That's one reason basketball teams came from metro areas. The teams and coaches that built relationships with those areas were able to recruit.

Kids down south played baseball and football. We had a great tennis program but we fell behind.

Clemson should win a National Championship in every sport!!! All we need is better recruiting because if we would simply recruit the best players across the world, we could win championships in every single sport.
