Lifted for approximately 40 minutes
Currently in the sauna. It’s a good 157 degrees. Might go for a record time of 17 minutes. We shall see

And guess what, I started running 5 weeks ago and it's pretty cool. I got 5 weeks str8 but poorly only doing 2 days /wk about 2.5 miles per run now. Still fat, but gut feels a little thinner. I'm a long ways from 10 (maybe 12) yrs ago when I could run a 5K in 21:30 but I am excited to tell you about it. I'm sure I'll quit when it gets to be 95 degrees at lunch when I'm doing the runs.

That now has titanium rods and screws. The other day I hustled to get something out of my car at a store bc I was in a rush and it hurt just to jog to o the car. Maybe I should get handicap permit and just fully embrace it?

I was doing so well about going to the gym to start the year. 3 sometimes 4 times a week, even some weekend days. I even went at like 9 pm one night after a meeting. Then spring got here and things got busy. At least cutting my grass is good for 4 hard miles.
