Just read where the FCC Stated this:

On April 23, 2024, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) issued its final rule prohibiting all non-compete agreements for all employees at all levels, with only extremely limited exceptions. The FTC's much-anticipated action follows its January 2023 proposed rule and its review of over 26,000 public comments

Can this apply to the GOR and our desire to get out of the ACC?

No. This is a buying and selling of media rights issue. Clemson and FSU have competed in football for so long; a non-compete contract couldn’t be enforced. I must add a caveat, I studied law for two years but didn’t not finish my Juris Doctorate. I could be completely off base here.
