saw where it took MINUS SIX just to make the CUT!

Golf Digest, or GOLF magazine, can't remember which one, used to do a yearly thing showing where their mythical "Even Par" golfer would have finished on the Money List. In these modern times, I think that guy starves to death, and is off the Tour in a year. THESE guys are REALLY good!

I don’t follow golf outside of Augusta and HHI tournaments. For those two, scores did not seem outside the norm but I did hear the announcer say they added length and features to Augusta to keep scores in line. Perhaps the course this week had not been updated to be competitive against the new technology of the balls and clubs. Sooner or later they will need to deaden the ball as continually adding length to holes is not sustainable

course is really wet and they have been playing "ball-in-hand" -- these guys are throwing darts at the flag -- amazing how picking the ball up & wiping it clean, can make such a difference***
