Thanks to CBProf®, MfOjr, a friend and I were going to go and celebrate part of MfOjr's 13 birthday. Now, we are not able to make it and I have my work cut out keeping the weekend a happy occasion. A trip to BassPro, Dave and Buster's and an afternoon bowling has crossed my mind.
Any other thoughts or ideas are appreciated.

I am scheduled to accept or change my football season tickets location at 12:20 today. I can either sit at home and make the changes or go to the baseball game and miss the opportunity to better my football seating. I called IPTAY to inquire about adjusting the time and got a brush off. Poor planning.
Is there wifi at Doug Kingsmore? I can bring my laptop if so.

That popped into my head. Not sure what park, or what you are supposed to do once you get there, though. You got a frisbee catching dog? Maybe MyFO, Jr can keep you all entertained tossing frisbee targets for the dog to catch.

Aw crap, MFO, I hate that! Wish MFO Jr. a happy birthday for us and give him a hug from Mrs. TH76. I'd say give him a hug from me but at 13 he's too old for that. I'm sure you'll come up with something for tomorrow. Maybe bring him here to the beach where there's lots to do. We'll be at the OD Beach Music Festival tomorrow to see The Pink Slips, Band of Oz, The Spinners, and Jim Quick & Coastline.

Back in the day, I would take my son and 3 of his friends bank fishing. They would all have rods and I made sure I had plenty of bait, soft drinks, snacks, and maybe do a wiener roast. Lots of fun, enjoyment, and relativity inexpensive. The kids will never forget it. They may actually catch a few fish.
