Well, I have a suggestion for the president.

It's your university. You were hired to lead. Well, lead!

Call Harbaugh into your office and say, "Coach, what happened? I want to know exactly what has happened regarding all these charges against the team. I want the truth from you. I want it now. And, you better not lie to me. Because I'm gonna walk out this door and prepare a statement. In this statement I'm gonna say, 'I just had a long talk with Coach Harbaugh. He told me what has happened concerning the cheating allegations. Here is what he told me. I believe he is a man of integrity. I believe he told me the truth.' So, coach I want the facts. I want the truth."

Not that I'm expecting him to do that. Just saying that is what someone who really wanted to know what happened would do. On, the other hand, if you don't really want to know what happened, or you hope what happened is never revealed, you make a statement similar to what this guy did.

Just stalling so the season plays out. Kakai pants will only get a reprimand. Nothing ever changes. I hope we are developing several signal strategies going forward.

The NCAA should impose some heafty penalties for their recruiting violations as they wouldn't be where they are now without cheating the system.

Please drag this out as long as possible, so we can win a championship first.

Then…one of two things will happen.

1. Everyone finds something else to worry about and the scandal disappears.

2. The championship gets taken away. But no one ever really cares when that happens. You still won the championship, and that’s what is remembered.
