baseball needs more plays like this, it would not be so boring if they took more risks, and it was a contact sport. Fir instance, the runner should be required to carry his bat with him on the bases, giving the entire game a much more formidable look. can you imagine the bases load, being a defender, and 3 guys with bats are trying to stop you from tagging them out?
